摘  要:目的在试验基础上对建筑用活顶柱的受力性能进行有限元分析,建立稳定承载力计算方法.方法通过有限元软件对支撑高度为2400~3400mm的建筑用活顶柱进行了受力性能分析,将分析得到的数据和现有规范稳定系数计算公式结合,得出建筑用活顶柱的稳定系数数学关系表达式.结果对比有限元分析和竖直变截面杆计算得到的承载力值,得知初偏移对承载力的影响程度为10.6%~26.6%,通过对数据的线性拟舍得到了建筑用活顶柱稳定系数计算公式.结论在对建筑用活顶柱的受力性能分析中,应用有限元分析方法可以得到与静力试验相吻合的数据结果,笔者所得的计算公式适用于计算支撑高度为2400~3400mm之间的建筑用活顶柱.Based on the experiments, the mechanical behavior of the architectural shoring props is studied by finite element analysis, and stability capacity calculation is established. The mechanical behavior of architectural shoring props whose supporting height is between 2 400 - 3 400 nun is analyzied by finite element method. Comparing the value of capacity by finite element analysis with the value by theoretical calculation, the extent of initial deflection loss capacity can be concluded that lies between 10.6% - 26.6%. The formula of the architectural shoring props stability factor is established by linear fitting from finite element analysis data. The results matched well with the static test are gained with the finite element method in the analysis of the mechanical behavior of the architectural shoring props. The math formula is suitable to calculate the stability bearing capacity of the architectural shoring props with the height between 2 400 - 3 400 mm.
