摘  要:目的研究碳纤维水泥砂浆梁加载和卸载过程的力学及电学性能,为其应用于混凝土结构(如建筑、桥梁、大坝等)的无损自诊断检测预警、车重及车速的测量等领域提供参考依据.方法设计了5组碳纤维水泥砂浆简支梁,每组3根梁,各组碳纤维质量分数分别为0.6%、0.7%、0.8%、0.9%、1.0%,对梁施加了两个集中荷载,观测在加载及卸载过程中所产生电流、电压的情况.结果梁受力产生的电压值与所受荷载值具有一一对应的关系.荷载反向时,电压方向同时发生改变,当首次或突然施加荷载时,电压变化非常明显.随着碳纤维掺入量的增加,力电效应随之减弱.结论碳纤维水泥砂浆梁的力电效应是确实存在且可以测得的,当匀速加载、突然加载、匀速卸载、突然卸载时,均有电流产生,且加载时产生的电流与卸载时产生的电流方向相反.The mechanical and electrical properties of carbon fiber reinforced concrete beams are studied during the loading and unloading process. It can be applied to the fields of nondestructive tests, early warning of concrete structures such as buildings, bridges and dams, etc. and the measurement of weight and speed of vehicles. Five groups of simply supported beams made of carbon fiber sand-cement mortar are designed. There are three beams in each group, and the carbon fiber content is 0.6% ,0.7% ,0.8% ,0.9% and 1.0% respectively for each group. Two concentrated loads act on the beam. The emergence and change of electric current and voltage are observed in loading and unloading process. The voltage and the load value are corresponding one by one. When the load direction is reversed, the voltage direction is reversed at the same time. The voltage changed most greatly in the case of first time loading or sudden loading. The more the amount of carbon fiber is, the less the load-electricity effect is. The existence of load-electricity effect is proved positive and can be measured. Under the uniform or sudden loading and unloading, the electrical current and voltage emerging are observed. And the electrical current and voltage of loading and unloading are opposite in direction.
