铁矿烧结过程料饼表面的散热行为研究

摘  要:通过分析铁矿烧结过程料饼表面散热的机理,给出了散热量的计算方法,并且针对一台铁矿烧结机的料面温度、料面散热量和料饼热量缺失进行了测定研究.结果表明,料面温降、料面散热及其对料饼热量缺失的影响主要发生在0~5min;在烧结料饼移出点火保温炉时,料面散热对于烧结料饼热量缺失的影响为46%,料面温降速度最大值达267℃/min,足以引起表层烧结矿的生烧或玻璃化;尽管料面散热在烧结能耗中所占比例不大,但对于烧结机的产量、烧结矿的质量和烧结工序的能耗均能产生一定的影响.Through an analysis on the mechanism about surface heat-dissipation (SHD) of sinter cake in iron-ore sintering process, a method for calculating SHD is presented. A test was made on an iron-ore sintering machine to determine the temperature distribution, the SHD distribution and heat shortage on the sinter cake. It was found that, the temperature drop, the SHD and its effect on the heat shortage of sinter cake occurred mainly in 0;5 minute. At the time of sinter cake moving from its igniter, the effect of SHD on the heat shortage of sinter cake is about 46;, the maximum temperature drop is about 267℃/min, which can make sinter cake glasslike or half sintering. In spite of the quantity of SHD being not large, it might influence the output of sintering machine, sintering quality and energy consumption in sintering process.
