摘　　要：结合模糊数学和GIS的知识,对传统的房地产市场比较法估价交易案例选取方式进行了改进,建立了数学模型,并以ARCGIS作为GIS软件平台,C#作为开发语言编程实现了交易案例选取的软件系统,最后利用赣州市基础地理数据和房地产交易实例数据对该系统进行了验证,充分证明了该系统能极大提高房地产交易案例选取的精度.Combined with fuzzy math and GIS, the traditional model of the selection of comparative cases in the market of estimating real estate is enhanced. Taking ARCGIS as a GIS softwear platform and C# as programming language, the soft system of selection of comparative cases is realised. Finally, the system is validated through taking the example of geographic information and real estate transaction data in Ganzhou City,which fully proves the system can improve greatly the real estate transaction accuracy of the selected cases.
