鲜葱白提取物防治非酒精性脂肪肝的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察鲜葱白提取物对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血脂、肝功能及过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPAR-γ)蛋白表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠40只,随机分为4组,每组10只,分别为:正常组、模型组、鲜葱白提取物组和易善复组。给药4周后观察各组大鼠一般情况,以及肝脏病理组织学特点,并对血浆中TC、TG、HDL-C和ALT、AST的水平进行检测及比较,采用Western blot法检测PPAR-γ蛋白表达。结果:与模型组比较,鲜葱白提取物组大鼠血浆中的TC、TG、ALT、AST水平明显降低(P<0.01),PPAR-γ值显著增高,且作用优于易善复组。结论:鲜葱白提取物可能通过调节PPAR-γ表达水平,降低脂肪肝大鼠的血脂,保护肝功能,从而防治大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝。Objective： To observe the effect of fresh fistular onion stalker extract on blood lipidand and liver function during preventing nonalcoholic fatty liver in SD rats. Methods： Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four equal groups; normal control group, model control group, fresh fistular onion stalker extract group and essentiale group. Apart from the rats in normal control group, the rats were all fed with high fat and high cholesterol diet. After 4 weeks, the level of total cholesterol （ TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high-density lipoproteinglutamic （HDL）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate aminatrasferase （AST） were detected in serum. Results： Compared with model group, apart from HLD, fresh fistular onion stalker extract could reduce the level of all index and the result have a statistics mean （P 〈0. 01 ） . It＇s effect was better than essentiale＇s. Conclusion： Fresh fistular onion stalker extract can pretect the rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver through reducing blood lipidand and improving the funtions of liver of rats
