摘 要:通过模拟大气中臭氧浓度(100 nl.L-1和150 nl.L-1)的升高,观察对冬小麦不同生育期(拔节期、孕穗期、抽穗期、灌浆期、成熟期)的土壤中酶活性的影响,研究结果表明,随着生育时期的推进,土壤过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活性均呈先降低后升高的趋势,抽穗期达最低值,拔节期和成熟期活性较大。转化酶和脲酶随呈现先增加后降低的变化,抽穗期达最高值,后出现急剧下降的趋势。方差分析表明,在臭氧胁迫下土壤过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶和转化酶活性在成熟期时均显著高于OTC对照(P<0.05)。脲酶活性在生育前期高浓度臭氧处理显著地高于对照,低浓度影响不显著。The paper concerns the effect of increase atmospheric ozone contents(100 and 150 nl·L-1)on the soil enzymatic activeness in the growing/development(G/D) period including jointing,booting,heading,milking and mature stages of winter wheat.Results suggest that as a G/D stage is progressing,the activities of soil catalase and polyphenol oxidase display first decline and then rise,with a minimum at the heading and higher activity at the elongation and maturity,and the activeness of invertase and urase displays first increase and then decrease,with their maxima in the heading stage,followed by sharp drop.Variance analysis shows that under the stress of ozone,the activities of catalase,polyphenol and invertase in the mature stage are greatly higher than those of the P0.05 OTC control.Urase activeness treated only by high-concentration ozone in the previous G/D period are significantly higher than those of the control experiment.
