摘　　要：纪昀一生仕途显达,虽经历了宦海沉浮,但洞悉官场内幕。《阅微草堂笔记》中,有对官场内情的揭露,记录了昏官庸吏、贪官污吏等形形色色的官吏,从中看到官场上官官相护,迎合上司,同僚间相互倾轧的复杂的人际关系。作者对官场内幕有深刻的理解,对吏制腐败给予了批判和揭露。Throughout JI Yun＇s life, his official career was illustrious and influential. Experiencing the ups and downs in the officialdom, he fathomed the inside story of it. In The Notes of Yuewei Cottage, his exposure of the inside story of officialdom recorded various fatuous and corrupt officials, from which we can see the phenomena that bureaucrats shielded one another and pandered to superiors, and the complicated human relations in which associates jostled against each other. With a profound knowledge of the inside story of officialdom,the writer made a criticism and revelation of the corruption of the official system.
