摘　　要：对举办北京奥运会的社会效益的评价研究既有利于科学评价北京奥运会的社会效益,为政府决策部门提供理论指导,同时,又可以为国人监督和客观评价北京奥运会提供理论依据。举办北京奥运会的社会效益评价研究是一个系统烦琐的庞大工程,其中涉及到评价的主要内容、评价指标选取、评价的主要方法和评价的组织与实施等主要内容。研究的主要手段和目的是通过构建评价体系达到科学评价举办北京奥运会的社会效益。The evaluation of social benefits from Beijing Olympic Games will not only help evaluate the benefits from the Beijing Olympic Games and provide theoretical guidance for decision-making of government departments ,but also provide a theoretical basis for the people to monitor and objectively evaluate Beijing Olympic Games. Social evaluation of Beijing Olympic Games is a huge project of cumbersome system, which involves the main evaluation contents, the selection of evaluation indicators ,primary means of evaluation, the organization and implementation of evaluation. The main means is constructing a scientific evaluation system, so as to scientifically evaluate the social benefits from Beijing Olympic Games.
