冬虫夏草制剂对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析比较冬虫夏草制剂治疗前、后慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能的变化。方法:将2005～2008年本院肾内科的慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组的基础治疗相同,治疗组加用冬草夏虫制剂,对照组加用安慰剂,疗程均为4～6个月。治疗前、后分别检测各种肾功能指标。结果:治疗组治疗前、后各指标两两比较得知,冬虫夏草制剂治疗后ECT20minER、Ccr均有显著升高,而BUN、Scr则均有显著降低,治疗前后对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。对照组治疗前、后各指标两两比较显示均无明显变化,P>0.05。两组间各指标治疗前、后差值的比较,提示治疗组较对照组具有明显的降低BUN和Scr,升高ECT20minER和Ccr的作用,两组之间相比,差异有统计学意义,分别为P<0.05和P<0.01。两组总的治疗好转率的比较示,治疗组总的治疗好转率明显高于对照组,两组之间相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,提示冬虫夏草制剂对CRF有明显的改善肾功能、延缓病情进展之作用。结论:冬虫夏草能显著改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的肾功能,使患者的BUN、Scr显著降低,而ECT20minER、Ccr则显著升高。Objective：To investigate the effect of Cordyceps Sinensis on renal function of patients with, chrnic renal failure （CRF）.Methods：50 patients with CRF,in Department of Nephrology from 2005 to 2008,were randomly divided into two group, the treatment group and the control group,the basic therapy between them had no difference,but Cordgceps Sinensis was added to treatment group,placebo to control group.The experiment lasted 4-6 months,every index of renal function in patients was detected before and after the therapy.Results： Patients receiving Bailing capsules experienced significant （P〈0.01） reduced in blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and serum creatinine （Scr）,and increased in ECT20 minER and creatinine clearance rate（Ccr）.Patients receiving placebo had no significant（P〉0.05） in ECT20minER,Ccr,BUN and Scr.Compared the two groups,the treatment group had significant reduced（P〈0.05） in BUN and Scr,and increased（P〈0.01） in ECT 20 minER and Ccr.Compared the total improvement rate,the difference had the statistic significant （P〈0.05）.h suggested that Cordyceps Sinensis could improve the renal function and delay the progression of the patients. Conclusion：Cordyceps Sinensis has significant reductions in BUN and Scr and significant increases in ECT 20 minER and Ccr.
