摘　　要：目的:探讨X线摄影和经阴道超声对输尿管下段结石的诊断价值。方法:应用X线摄影和经阴道超声对临床35例输尿管下段结石患者进行检查,并对两种检查结果进行对照分析。结果:本组35例患者均经阴道超声检出,检出率为100%;X线摄影检出31例,检出率为88.57%。结论:经阴道超声显像可以提高图像质量,避免各种因素的干扰,提高诊断准确率。Objective：To explore the value of radiography and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing lower ureter calculi. Methods：35 cases were diagnosed by radiography and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing lower ureteric calcul and compared with radiography and transvaginal ultrasound examination.Results： 35 cases were found by transvaginal ultrasound （100%）and 31 cases found by radiography（88.57%）.Conclusion：Transvaginal ultrasound can provide clear and effective images, avoid various disturbances and improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of lower ureteric calculi.
