摘　　要：目的:了解医院制剂临床应用情况及其作用。方法:对2006～2008年医院制剂用药数据进行统计分析。结果:医院制剂品种逐年减少,而其用量、总金额均逐年增加,医院制剂销售总额占全部用药总金额的1.00%左右。用量排序前十位的品种用量共占医院制剂总用量的80%左右,其销售金额占医院制剂总金额的70%左右。结论:医院制剂具有拾遗补缺的作用和继续存在的意义。Objective：To the hospital preparation clinical application situation and the function. Methods：A retrospective analysis was conducted on the utilization of hospital preparations in our hospital from 2006 to 2008. Results： Decreasing hospital preparation varieties, and its dosage, the total amount of all increases every year, the total amount of hospital sales agents use the total amount of the total of about 1.00 percent. The amount of sort of 10 species before the total amount of the total volume of hospital preparations about 80% of its sales agents representing the total amount of the hospital around 70%. Conclusion： The significance which the hospital preparations has which appropriates lost articles fills a vacancy the function and continues to exist.
