摘　　要：设计了基于DirectShow技术的MPEG-4视频采集网络组播模块,有着高清晰、稳定、低成本的优点,具有广泛的应用前景。基于Microsoft Visual C++6.0开发环境以及Microsoft DirectX SDK 9.0开发包,实现了一个利用摄像头采集、编码、组播发送与接受、解码、实时显示的全过程,提供了MPEG-4网络组播解决方案。MPEG-4 network gathering and muhicasting module based on DirectShow were designed, which has the advantages of high definition, stable, low-cost, and broadly applied prospects. Based on the development of Microsoft Visual C ＋ ＋ 6. 0 and Microsoft DirectX SDK 9.0, a complete process of video gathering, coding, muhisending, muhireceiving, decoding and real time displaying was achieved, which has figured out a scenario for MPEG-4 network multicast.
