摘 要:抽油机电机远程监测系统的建立对油田的安全运行和自动化管理具有重要意义。由于抽油机电机分布广、数量庞大,因此低成本、通信质量高、运行可靠的远程监测终端是监测系统能否推广的基础。研制了基于电力线工频通信方式的抽油机电机远程监测终端,对抽油机电机的各项电气参数进行监测,设备成本低廉、安装方便,抗干扰能力强,通过抽油机电机现场的运行,达到了设计的指标。The establishment of remote monitoring system about sucker-rod pumping motor is of great significance for the safe operation and automated management of the oil field. There are wide distribution and large quantity for sucker-rod pumping motor, so the establishment of remote monitoring terminal of low-cost, communication high-quality and reliable operation is the foundation whether monitoring system can be promoted. It has been developed remote monitoring terminal about sucker-rod pumping motor based on the two-way power line automatic communication system in this paper, which is able to monitor the electric parameters of suckerrod pumping motor, the equipments have many advantages of low cost, easy to install, and high anti-jamming capability. Through the on-the-spot operations of the sucker-rod pumping motor, the equipments have been meeting 'the indicators of the design.
