摘　　要：根据高校教育信息化的发展实际,结合平衡计分卡的方法,构建了高校信息化评价指标体系。同时,采用层次分析法法确定指标的权重,针对高校信息化评价指标体系中包括定性指标和定量指标的特点,构建了基于BSC的高校教育信息化模糊综合评价模型。According to the practical information development of higher education institutes, combining the Balanced Scorecard appi＇oach, we build a university information technology evaluation index system. At the same time, we build a level of analysis to determine the weight of indicators, information for colleges and universities in the evaluation index system, including qualitative and quantitative indicators of the characteristics of indicators. We also construct the Higher Education Information fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the BSC.
