摘　　要：通过分析明清山陕商人在河南的经贸活动,论述了明清以来山陕商人在河南进行会馆建设的基本情况;并进一步评述了这种经贸活动和会馆建设对于推动明清河南商品经济和市场经济因素的增长、加强中西部区域经济文化交流的积极作用。By analyzing the commercial about Shannxi ＆ Shanxi＇s businessmen action of business man in the Ming ＆ Qing Dynasty, the basic circumstance building were discussed. What＇s more ,the commercial on the increase of the commercial economy, communication in Midwest. the chamber of commerce in Henan after Ming ＆ Qing Dynasty action and the building the chamber of commerce was an active effect and market economy, and strengthened the economical and cultural
