摘　　要：一、中国西南与东盟产业内贸易发展的整体水平 中国西南与东盟国家贸易关系日益紧密，一定程度上也带动了双方产业内贸易的发展。“产业内贸易”（Intra—Industry Trade，ⅡT）又译为行业内贸易，是指一个国家既出口又进口同一产业内产品的交易行为，它不同于基于不同类型生产要素禀赋而产生的产业间贸易。This paper analyzes the developing level of intra-industry trade （ⅡT） and characters of goods＇ structure between Chinese south-eastern region and ASEAN. It also studies the contributing rate of ⅡT to regional trade. A conclusion was made that ⅡT based on product＇s diversity and scale economy is a key way for extending bilateral trade.
