南宁市与越南投资合作分析及近期发展展望

摘　　要：作为中国-东盟合作的前沿城市，南宁市在与东盟国家合作方面具有独特的区位优势，近年来，随着中国-东盟自由贸易区建设进程的不断推进，中国-东盟博览会的连续成功举办以及《中国-东盟全面经济合作框架协议》、《中国—东盟自由贸易区货物贸易协议》、《中国-东盟自由贸易区服务贸易协议》等一系列框架协议的签署及深人实施，中国与东盟的经贸关系迅速发展，南宁市与越南的投资合作也有序向前推进。探讨南宁与越南的经贸合作尤其是投资合作存在的问题及其成因，对于推动双方经贸合作健康、稳定发展有着重要的现实意义。本文试对这些问题进行简要的分析。In recent years, along with the CAFTA construction advancement, although the economy and trade cooperation between Nanning and Vietnam is closing day by day, the investing cooperation also develops rapidly and makes some substantive progress, but else it still has some problems, for example, the investment scale is still small, the level is not high, the development is imbalance. In the near future, with the spread of international financial crisis, the developing speed of investment cooperation between Nanning and Vietnam will face an enormous challenge, the developing speed will more or less get lower and change to the domestic investmerit to stimulate the domestic demand and make a stable economy growth. From the long term, the investment cooperation between them will accelerate with the international economy improving and the steady economy development of both sides.
