摘　　要：综合国力与文化力问题是关乎中国的社会主义建设、改革开放、综合发展、全面进步、走向世界和融入世界的急务和形成突破的关键,同时也是整个中国理论界和学术界应该关注的核心问题之一。中国学术界和理论界业已形成的关于综合国力与文化力的相关理论既是中西学术前沿成果跨学科相互交流的结晶,又是新时期党的执政理论和执政理念与马克思主义经典理论的有机结合,同时还是马克思主义经典理论和发展中的科学社会主义理论与中国的改革开放、走向世界、融入世界及和平崛起等实践活动和现实问题相结合的产物。它丰富和发展了马克思主义理论。the question of Comprehensive National Power and Cultural Power can be viewed not only as the most urgent matter of and the key to China's socialist construction,opening-up,overall development,full-scale progress,integrating and melting with the entire world,but also as one of the most important questions for all Chinese theoriests and academics. The related theory of Comprehesive National Power and Cultural Power forged in Chinese academic circle is not only the hybrid of the interdisciplinary exchange of recent achievements of the Chinese academic circle and the Western academic circle,but also the union of the new government theory and the new government concepts of the Communist Party of China in the new era with the classical Marxist theory. Meanwhile,it is also the product of the combination of the classical Marxism,the theory of scientific socialism and the practice of China's opening-up,integrating and melting with the outside world,peaceful rising and practical problems concerning them. This theory has enriched and lifted Marxism to a new and higher stage.
