摘　　要：在简要介绍数据拟合理论的基础上,给出了将最小二乘拟合问题转化为一个数学规划,再利用LINGO软件来求解的方法。算例表明了解法的准确性和有效性。On the base of a brief account of the theory of data fitting, a method, which transforms the least square fitting problem into a mathematical programming and solves it by LINGO software, is presented. The examples show the correctness and efficiency of this method.
