摘　　要：毛泽东的战俘政策是毛泽东军事思想的组成部分。土地革命战争时期毛泽东的战俘政策前期与后期虽有所不同,但其出发点是一致的:分化瓦解敌人,化敌为我。其具体策略包括:宣传教育、改造和宽大俘虏等。Mao Zedong＇ s prisoner of war policy is an important eomponant of Zedong＇ s military thought. Although Mao Zedong＇ s prisoner of war policy in the agrarian revolution time is different in the early and late period, its basic point is the same; that is to divide and demoralize the enemies and then transform them into the strength of our own part. Its specific strategies includs： the propaganda and the education policy, the transformation and clemency of war prisioners.
