鲜花装饰纸基纸生产工艺的研究

摘　　要：通过正交试验探讨了鲜花纸生产工艺过程中基纸的纸浆种类、打浆度及其配比等。实验结果表明,利用长纤维针叶木浆和短纤维草浆,并且在针叶木浆打浆度为64°SR,麦草浆打浆度为42°SR,配比为60∶40时基纸性能最佳,其主要性能指标为:抗张指数为53.23N.m/g,定量为95g/m2。Pulp type, beating degree and the ratio of pulp furnish in the producing process of flower decorative base paper were studied by orthogonal test. The experimental results showed that the paper performance was best with 60% of 64°SR long fiber soft-wood pulp and 40% of 42°SR short fiber wheat straw pulp . The tensile index of the resulted base paper was 53.23N · m/g,and the grammage was 95g/m^2.
