摘　　要：阐述了高等学校培养学生创新实践能力的必要性,并指出应坚持系统性、主体性、普遍性、个性化、激励性的原则,从制订创新人才培养方案、进行教学改革、利用实验室开放、开展第二课堂活动、强化毕业论文（设计）质量、设立创新基金、改革考核机制等方面,将学生创新实践能力培养贯穿于大学教育的全过程,从而为国家和民族培养更多的创新实践性人才。The necessity of the innovative practice ability training for students in colleges and universities is pointed out.Based on the principle of system,subject,universality,individuality and encouragement,the training methods including drawing an innovative program,implementing teaching reform,opening laboratories,carrying out the second classroom activies,strengthing the quality of graduation thesis,establishing innovation fund,and reforming assessment should be explored.
