摘  要:"尾矿库"对电力行业来说是个陌生的名词。关于尾矿库的构成及其溃坝特性和对下游的影响等方面的专业介绍,在电力行业的各种技术资料和规范中提及甚少。本文结合冶金矿产部门对尾矿库的设计、管理规程(规定)等资料,就尾矿库的构成、溃坝原因进行了详细介绍,并对处于尾矿库下游的电力工程的勘测设计方法进行了初步的分析,希望对电力工程的勘测设计提供有益的帮助。"Tailings reservoir" of the electricity industry is a strange term. With regard to the tailings reservoir dambreak and its characteristics and the impact on downstream areas such as professional, the power industry in a variety of technical information and specifications rarely mentioned. Based on the metallurgical sector mineral tailings design, order management (provision), and other information on the composition tailings, dam-break of the reasons described in detail, and tailings reservoir in the lower reaches of the power engineering survey and design methods preliminary analysis on the hope that the power of the survey and design work provided useful assistance.
