肝素钠乳膏对新生儿留置针输液肿胀的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨肝素钠乳膏应用于新生儿输液外渗肿胀的效果。方法:将静脉留置针输液肿胀的46例新生儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例,分别用肝素钠乳膏涂抹与50%硫酸镁湿热敷比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率为95.65%,对照组有效率为65.22%,治疗组有效率较对照组明显提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝素钠乳膏对新生儿静脉留置针输液肿胀有良好的治疗效果。Objective ：To study the curative effect of heparin sodium cream in treatment of transfusion swdling in neonates. Methods ：46 cases of transfusion swelling caused by vein permanent needle were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,23 patients in each group, patients in the treatment group were treated with heparin sodium cream, the control group received moist heat packing with 50% magnesium sulfate. Comparison of the curative effect for transfusion swelling between the two groups. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65%, that oftbe control group was 65.22%, there were significant difference in effective rate between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Heparin sodium cream had good curative effect in treatment of transfusion swelling caused by vein permanent needle in neonates.
