苄星青霉素肌内注射方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨减轻患者肌内注射苄星青霉素的痛苦、提高注射成功率的方法。方法:将121例肌内注射苄星青霉素患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用利多卡因稀释药液,对照组采用灭菌注射用水稀释药液。比较两组患者一次注射成功率及注射后的疼痛程度。结果:两组患者一次注射成功率无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组的疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:利多卡因稀释药液能有效减轻患者疼痛,提高注射成功率,安全易操作,值得推广。Objective：To discuss the methods of reducing the pain of injecting benzathine benzylpenicillin,and to improve the success rate of intramuscular injection. Methods ：121 patients treated with benzathine benzylpenicillin were randomly divided into obseration group and control group, the observation group diluted by lidocaine and the control group diluted by sterile water for injection ,respectively. The degress of pain when and after injecting were comopared. Resuts ： It indicated that the injection of benzathine benzylpenicillin diluted by lidocaine was superior to the control. Conclusions ：The injection of lidocalne - diluted benzathine benzylpenicillin is effective for greatly decreasing the pain of intramuscular injection, improving the success rate, safe , easy and simple to operate, and is worthy to be popularized.
