摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病的社区护理中存在的问题和解决途径。方法:阐述目前糖尿病的社区护理所采用的方式和实施过程中存在的问题。结果:通过对存在的问题进行分析,提出了发展糖尿病社区护理的对策。结论:经过努力,糖尿病的社区护理事业会得到健康发展。Objectives ： To discuss the solving ways of the main problems of community nursing care for diabetes mellitus. Methods： Expounds the measures adopted and problems existed in carrying out holistic nursing care with the present diabetic. Results ：Through the analysis to the existing problems, put forward countermeasure of developing community nursing care for diabetes mellitus. Conclusion：Community nursing care for diabetes mellitus will get sound development with effort.
