摘  要:针对超级稻穴盘精量播种的要求,设计了振动种室与勺式外槽轮定量供种装置和气动V型振动排种装置。试验结果表明,在生产率为400盘/h,气动气压为0.23MPa,排种盘倾角为4°时,以每穴1~3粒为合格时,其合格率可达90%以上,排种稳定性好,能够满足超级稻穴盘精量播种的农艺要求。According to the requirement of precise tray nursing seedling for super rice, the seeder consisted of a spoon shape external groove quantitative seeding device with electromagnetic vibrating and a V - pneumatic seeding device. Through experiment, when the productivity was at 400 plates per hour, angle of seeding plate was at 4~ and pneumatic pressure was at 0.23 MPa in the designed seeder, the eligible ratio was 90% if every hole needed 1 - 3 grains. It could satisfy agriculture requirement of super rice seeding for tray nursing seedling.
