摘  要:针对云南省特殊的自然、地理、社会、经济、资源、环境等特点,遵循水资源可持续利用评价指标体系建立的目的和原则,利用主成分分析法对指标进行筛选,构建了基于系统协调性的云南省水资源可持续利用评价指标体系。该体系以水资源及供需系统、社会经济系统、生态环境系统和综合性协调系统作为评价准则,既反映了水资源可持续利用的内涵和驱动主导因素,又可以体现水资源复杂系统及影响子系统间相互作用、影响的协调状况,为科学、合理地进行云南省水资源可持续利用评价奠定坚实基础。View of characteristics of special nature, geography, society, economy, resources, environment in Yunnan Province, following goal and the principle establishing water resources sustainable utilization evaluation index system, carrying on principle component analysis to filter the index, yunnan province water resources sustainable utilization evalu- ation index system has been constructed. The system takes water resources and supply - demand system, social economy system, ecological environment system and comprehensive harmony system as evaluation criterion, both has reflected wa- ter resources sustainable utilization connotation and actuation leadership factors, and may manifest between water re- sources complex system and subsystem affects, influence coordinated condition mutually, build a solid foundation for car- rying on scientifically and reasonably yunnan province water resources sustainable utilization.
