摘  要:应用3-D建模软件UG和有限元分析软件ANSYS建立某大型船用减速器斜齿轮多齿啮合的三维有限元非线性接触分析模型。通过接触仿真分析轮齿的变形、综合应力、齿根弯曲应力和齿面接触应力等参数。仿真结果与赫兹理论计算结果相比,说明有限元接触法具有较高的计算精度以及处理复杂边界条件的特点,可为斜齿轮的设计提供可靠的分析手段。A 3-D nonlinear contact analysis model with several teeth pairs in meshing which is used to simulate a pair of helical gear in the ship reducer was established by using 3D modeling software UG and FEA software ANSYS. The parameters, such as deformation, yon Mises stress, tooth root bending stress, tooth surface contact stress and so on were analyzed by contact simulation during engagement process. Compared with the result of Hertz theory, the finite element method is more accurate and could deal with the complexity of the boundary condition. The finite element method provides a reliable tool of analysis for the design of the helical gears.
