摘　　要：着眼于服务我国世界第一造船强国的战略,在阐述我国自主建造远洋综合捕捞船必要性的基础上,分析国内外远洋综合捕捞船建造的现状及面临的问题,提出了针对我国自主建造远洋综合捕捞船的对策和建议。Aiming at the strategy of promoting the shipbuilding level of our country to the first round in the world, it is necessary to build the comprehensive ocean going fishing vessels independently. The situation and problems of the ship building of the comprehensive ocean-going fishing vessels in our country and abroad were analyzed to give some suggestions to build the comprehensive ocean-going fishing vessels by ourselves in order to make good use of the fishery resources in public ocean.
