摘 要:目的:应用头颅B超、CT对新生儿颅内出血进行同期对照检查,比较两种影像方法的诊断特异性。方法:对50例患儿在头颅B超检查的同时进行头部CT检查。结果:1.颅内出血中的室管膜下出血超声诊断为20例,CT诊断为0例;2.脑室内出血超声诊断为9例,CT诊断为4例;3.脑实质出血超声诊断为3例,CT诊断为3例;4.硬膜下出血CT诊断为2例,超声诊断为0例;5.蛛网膜下腔出血CT诊断为8例,超声诊断为0例。结论:超声、CT对新生儿期不同部位的颅内出血的诊断特异性不同,临床应选择适宜的影像学检查方法,以进一步提高新生儿颅内出血的诊断率。Objects:To compare diagnostic characteristics of ultrasound(US) and CT tomography scan in neonate intracranial hemorrhage. Methods: All of 50 patients were examined by both US of craniocerebral and CT of head. Results : 20 cases were diagnosed as subependymal hemorrhage by US while 0 case by CT;9 cases were diagnosed as intraventricular hemorrhage by US while 4 cases by CT; 3 cases were diagnosed as brain substance hemorrhage by US while 3 cases by CT; 2 cases were diagnosed as subdural hemorrhage by CT while 0 by US; 8 cases were diagnosed as subarachnoid hemorrhage by CT while 0 by US. Conclusions: US and CT individually have their own characteristics and advantage in diagnosis of different types of intracranial hemorrhage of neonate. The suitable examination should be selected to improve the diagnostic rate of neonate intracranial hemorrhage.
