细胞周期调控相关分子与β细胞增殖和糖尿病

摘　　要：目前糖尿病的治疗基本上集中于胰岛素替代治疗和提高β细胞功能。然而,β细胞增殖的减少在糖尿病的进程中没有能够得到足够的重视。增加患者的β细胞群能够潜在地改善或者治愈糖尿病。与人体所有其它细胞一样,β细胞受细胞周期进程的调控和平衡。然而,细胞周期结构的主要组分对β细胞的细胞周期调控还知之甚少。Insulin substitution and promotion of β cell function are principles in diabetes mellitus treatment at present. However, inadequate attention are paid to the reduction of β cell proliferation during diabetes mellitus proceeding. The same as other cells in person, β cells are regulated by cell cycle. But very few is known about regulation of molecular regulators of cell cycle on β cell cycle.
