摘 要:针对雾化过程中易被中断的情况,通过对雾化过程中喷嘴中轴气流场压力分布的测量和分析,对喷嘴系统进行了改进,即将导液管装入喷嘴并延伸入喷嘴中轴气流场负压区。结果表明,雾化过程稳定,雾化制粉效率提高。According to frequent stopping situation in atomizing process, the air pressure distribution on atomizer axis wire was measured, and the reasons of stopping of atomizing process were analyzed, moreover the atomizer system was improved by led the melt leakage tube to the negative pressure zone of the atomizer axle wire. The results showed that, the technique can stabilize the atomizing process and raise the atomizing efficiency for metal powder production.
