摘　　要：目的调查艾滋病医护人员的心理健康状况,为有效提高他们的心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)对342名河南省县、乡、村三级艾滋病定点医疗机构的艾滋病医护人员进行测试,采用SPSS13.0对测试数据进行统计分析。结果艾滋病医护人员心理健康状况不良的总检出率为33.9%,医、护之间,男、女之间,工作在县、乡、村不同级别艾滋病定点医疗机构的医护人员之间心理健康不良的检出率存在差异,在年龄、职称、从事艾滋病工作年限上,医护人员心理健康不良的检出率差异非常显著(P<0.05～0.01)。结论应关注艾滋病医护人员的心理健康,特别是年轻、职称低、从事艾滋病工作时间短的医护人员的心理健康。Objective To explore the actual level of mental health among doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS in Henan Province and to provide an aid for raising the level of mental health. Methods Goldberg＇s 12--item general health questionnaire （GHQ--12） were used in 342 doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS in countryside. Results The prevalence of cases of bad mental health was 33. 9% （116/342）. There were differences of mental health condition between doctors and nurses, male and fe- male etc. There were significant differences in age, the title of technical post and service year working on HIV/AIDS, etc. Con- clusion More importance should be attached to mental health of doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS, especially the young, the low title and the fresh.
