复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗2型糖尿病观察60例

摘　　要：目的研究复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选择120例2型糖尿病患者,随机平分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组服用格列齐特缓释片、阿卡波糖片;治疗组在对照组用西药格列齐特缓释片、阿卡糖片的基础上加服复方丹参滴丸,疗程10周。结果对照组有效率56.7%,治疗组有效率81.7%,两组总有效率比较有显著差异(χ2=5.68,P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗10周后,空腹血糖(FBG),餐后2 h血糖(P2BG),糖化血红蛋白(HbA lc),血胆固醇(TC)及三酰甘油(TG)均显著下降,且治疗组上述指标改善更明显。结论复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗2型糖尿病的疗效良好,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Fufang Danshen Drop-pill as an adjunctive therapy for type Ⅱ diabetes. Methods 120 patients,with type Ⅱ diabetes were randomly assigned to Control and treatment groups, the control group（ n = 60）receive Gliclazide Sustained Release Tablets plus Acarbose Tablets for 10 weeks, and treatment group （n = 60）to receive Gliclazide Sustained Release Tablets ＋ Aearbose Tablets in combination with Fufang Danshen Drop-pill for 10 weeks. Results The responsive rate was 56. 7% in control group versus 81.7% in treatment group. There was significant difference in the total effective rate be- tween the two groups （χ^2 = 5.68, P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the FBG, P2BG, HbAIc, TC and TG decreased significantly（P 〈 0. 05 ）. with the treatment group shown better improvement than in control group. Conclusion Fufang Danshen Drop-pill as an adjunctive therapy for type Ⅱ diabetes achieved satisfactory curative effect, whice thus deserved to be popularized in the clinic.
