摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定酒石酸美托洛尔骨架缓释片的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-水-三乙胺-磷酸(115:385:1.6:0.5)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长:274 nm。结果酒石酸美托洛尔在25～250μg/ml线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.97%(n=6),RSD=1.81%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于测定酒石酸美托洛尔骨架缓释片的含量。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Metoprolol tartrate （MT）sustained-release matrix tablets. Methods The assay was conducted on a ODS Hypersil column with acetontril-water-triethylamine-phosphate（ 115 ： 385 ： 1.6 ： 0. 5 ） as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results The calibration curve is linear over the range of 25 - 250 μg/ml （ r = 0. 9999） for MT. The average recovery was 99. 97% with RSD = 1.81% （n = 6）. Conclusion This method is convenient and accurate which may be used for determination of MT sustained-release matrix tablets.
