摘　　要：随着我国近十年来的高校普及教育,高校毕业生就业问题日益凸显,尤其在金融危机蔓延的国际背景下更为尖锐。本人在高校从事思想政治工作近五年,亲身体验着就业形势的变化,清楚了解现阶段学生就业心态,联系用人单位对学生就业前后进行了基础性的分析和思考,本文在阐明当前就业形势和学生就业准备的前提下,提炼出企业"选人容易用人难"的根本原因,分别从思想和实际能力方面对当前大学生就业教育提出三大点建议。As China＇s universal education in colleges and universities over the past decade, the employment of college graduates is becoming increasingly prominent, especially in the financial crisis in the international context of the spread of more acute.
