健康教育图示卡在预防经外周置入中心静脉导管血栓性堵管中的作用

摘　　要：目的将预防经外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）血栓性堵管的健康教育内容，制作成图文并茂的健康教育图示卡，探讨健康教育图示卡在预防PICC血栓性堵管中的作用。方法将2007年6月-2008年4月我科PICC置管的120例患者随机分为A、B两组，A组进行常规的以说教和文字为主的PICC知识健康教育，B组在A组内容的基础上增加图文并茂的健康教育图示卡，更加形象地指导患者及家属进行自我护理，观察A、B两组患者的PICC血栓性堵管的发生原因、发生几率和导管溶栓情况。结果与A组相比，B组血栓性堵管的总发生率降低了12％，避免了因为血栓性堵管造成的拔管情况。结论通过使用健康教育图示卡，可以激发患者自我护理的意识，提高自我护理的效果，减少PICC血栓性堵管的发生几率，增加导管的使用效能，延长导管的使用寿命。Objective To create illustrated health education chart cards on the prevention of the thrombus occlusion of peripherally inserted central catheter （ PICC ） and to investigate the practical role of these cards. Methods Totally 120 PICC patients who visited our department from June 2007 to April 2008 were randomly di- vided into group A （ implemented with conventional preach and language-based health education of PICC knowl- edge） and group B （added with illustrated health education chart cards, teaching the patients and their families how to take care of themselves）. Then, the causes, occurrence probabilities, and thromboelasis of the thrombus occlusion of PICC were observed. Results Compared with group A, in group B, the total incidence of thrombus occlusion decreased by 12%, avoiding extubations caused by the thrombus occlusion. Conclusion The illustrated health education chart cards help patients take care of themselves more appropriately, and therefore reduce the incidence of thrombus occlusion of PICC, increase the effectiveness of catheter, and extend the service life of a catheter.
