摘　　要：科学发展观引发了公安教育创新问题的深层次思考,推进了公安教育解放思想与创新思维的提出,指导了公安教育思想解放与体制创新的深入实践。实践证明,公安教育只有立足"服务实战",坚持"五个原则",加强"五项机制",实行"教、研、训、练、战"一体化,才能顺利推进公安教育自身建设的创新与拓展。Scientific Concept of Development has thrown the police education and innovation of thinking,to promote the emancipation of the police education system. Turns out, the police education line service to insist on five principles of the implementation of education, research, training, the integration of the actual combat such elements as smoothly advance the police education self-construction innovation and development.
