摘　　要：研究生教育管理是研究生教育成功与否的关键。面对当前研究生规模不断扩大的新时期,研究生群体与研究生的教育管理在学生规模、群体结构、就业形势以及心理健康等方面都有着新的现状,面临着新的困境。因此,我们必须探索研究生教育管理模式的发展之路,明确新时期的研究生教育管理目标、完善教育管理过程、重视教育管理监控,以促进我国研究生教育事业继续向前迈进。Postgraduate educational administration plays an important role in postgraduate education. As the students＇ number increases day by day, the postgraduate and educational administration in the new time are in new status and facing so much problems, such as the size, structure, employment situation and mentality. It should search and develop a series of measures to improve the postgraduate educational administration.
