摘　　要：交通运输建设主要涉及铁路、公路和水路运输三项内容,我国现有的交通基础设施总体规模仍然很小,交通运输业对国民经济的贡献率远低于发达国家。交通运输基础设施作用的发挥要以经济、社会和环境的协调发展为前提,对此政府应加强宏观调控,以充分发挥交通运输对国民经济发展的作用。Transportation construction mainly includes railway, highway and waterway. The result shows that China＇s scale of transportation infrastructure is still small at present and rate of contribution is far lower than that of developed countries. The function bases on the harmony development of economy, society and environment, so government should strength macro - control to exert the function of transportation to national economy.
