摘  要:采用表面处理剂对膨胀石墨(EG)进行表面处理,制备了聚酰胺6(PA6)/EG复合材料,考察了表面处理EG对PA6的改性效果,研究了复合材料流变性能与热性能,观察了复合材料形态结构。结果表明,偶联剂TX-10,YDH-602和YDH-550处理EG的增强作用好;随着EG含量增加,复合材料拉伸强度先增加后下降,弯曲强度提高,缺口冲击强度下降,EG使复合材料剪切粘度增加,对热性能基本上没有影响。扫描电镜(SEM)观察发现,表面处理EG与PA6基体界面粘结良好,能大量以纳米石墨微片形式均匀地分散在PA6基体中。The composites of polyamide 6 (PA6) and expanded graphite (EG), where EG was treated with surface treating reagents, were prepared. The modification effect of surface-treated EG to PA6 was researched, the rheological properties and thermal properties of the composites were studied, and morphological structure was observed. The results show that the reinforcement effect of surface-treated EG with TX-10, YDH-602 or YDH-550 to PA6 matrix is good. With the increasing of EG content, the tensile strength of the composites increases initially and then decreases, the bending strength is increased, but the notched impact strength is decreased. With the addition of EG, The shear viscosity of the composites increases, but the thermal properties are affected little. SEM photographs show that the surface-treated EG is dispersed uniformly in the PA6 matrix mainly in nano-EG sheet, and the interface coherence between the surface-treated EG and the PA6 matrix is good.
