EVA包覆石蜡定形相变材料的性能研究

摘　　要：用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)作为包覆材料,石蜡作为相变材料,通过热熔法制备不同石蜡含量的定形相变材料(PCMs)。渗漏试验表明,EVA基定形相变材料的质量损失率不超过0.06%;样品经恒温水浴试验和耐久性试验后质量损失率均小于1%,耐久性试验前后样品的差示扫描量热仪(DSC)试验结果与耐久性试验的结果相对应。The form-stable phase change materials（PCMs） of different content paraffin encapsulated by ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer（EVA） and HDPE were prepared with heat melt way. Leakage test show that mass loss rate of PCMs based on EVA is no more than 0.06 %. The mass loss rate of the PCMs based on EVA is under 1 % by constant temperature water bath test and wearing test. The results by fore-and-aft DSC test for the specimen in correspond to that by wearing test.
