摘 要:将铜川煤矸石进行热活化和机械活化后,加入石灰进行化学激发,掺入水泥砂浆中进行强度测试,对石灰和煤矸石掺量进行了实验研究,分析了石灰对煤矸石水泥砂浆的作用。结果表明,煤矸石和石灰掺入对水泥砂浆的强度具有较大的影响。煤矸石水泥砂浆的早期抗压和抗折强度均较低,但28 d强度随煤矸石和石灰用量增加出现先增加后降低的趋势。在煤矸石用量达到40%,石灰取代量为40%左右时,水泥砂浆抗压和抗折强度出现最大值。石灰的加入对煤矸石水泥砂浆的强度具有较大的提升作用,掺石灰后,煤矸石水泥砂浆28 d抗压强度提高约21%,抗折强度提高约31%。The thermal activation and mechanical activation of coal gangue from Tongchuan have been proceeded, then lime has been added to the cement mortar with coal gangue to make strength experiment. The dosage of lime and coal gangue has been researched. The effect of lime on coal gangue has been analysized. The result shows that: both coal gangue and lime have great influence on the strength of cement mortar. The strength of cement mortar with coal gangue in early days is low,however, the strength in 28 d has showed the tendency of increasing at first and decreasing then. The strength of cement mortar has been up to maximum when the dosage of coal gangue and lime are both 40%. Lime has great contribution to the high strength of coal gangue cement mortar. With adding lime, the compress strength and bending strength of cement mortar with coal gangue have been improved 21% and 31% respectively.
