摘  要:榆林炼油厂12万t/a催化裂化装置加工的原料为长庆石蜡基原油,混合原料性质较好,表现为重金属含量一般,残碳低,密度不高,易裂化及轻质油收率高等。为提高装置总液收率和进一步降低汽油组分中的烯烃含量,催化裂化装置开始试用LHO-1催化剂。工业实验表明,LHO-1的综合性能优于LBO-16催化剂。使用LHO-1降烯烃催化剂以来,H/C降低了22.9%,抗重金属污染性能较好,水热稳定性较好,流动性能较好,催化剂单耗由0.85 kg/t油降到0.82 kg/t油,油浆产率降低了1.2%,产品收率提高了1.1%,催化汽油烯烃含量较使用LBO-16催化剂降低约5%,变化不明显。Changqing paraffin crude oil, used as the feedstock for the catalytic cracking unit (processing capability is 120,000 t/a) in Yulin refinery,features as its better performance for general content of heavy metal, low carbon residue, low density, easy to crack and has high yield of light oil. In order to enhance the yield of the total liquid and further reduce the olefin content in gasoline, LHO-1 catalyst is put on trial. Industrial experimented results indicate that the comprehensive performance of LHO-1 catalyst is superior to LBO-16 catalyst. The application of LHO-I catalyst has decreased H/C by 22.9%, exhibits enhanced resistance to pollution incurred by heavy pollution and improved hydrothermal stability as well as better flowability, meanwhile, catalyst consumption is slightly reduced from 0.85 kg per ton of oil to 0.82 kg per ton of oil, yield of slurry oil is decreased by 1.2%, while yield of product is increased by 1.1%. Compared with performance of LBO-16 catalyst,LHO-1 catalyst outplays better via further reducing the olefin content in gasoline by approximately 5% ,which is not an obvious change.
