摘 要:研究了不同光稳定剂体系以及抗氧剂和光稳定剂复配对高密度聚乙烯老化性能的影响。结果表明:紫外吸收剂单独使用时,UV326比UV531效果好;紫外吸收剂和受阻胺770复配时,770和UV326复配效果更好。抗氧剂和光稳定剂复配使用后,聚乙烯的抗老化性能明显提高,尤其是抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168共同使用时效果更为理想。研究还表明,与光稳定剂复配使用时,抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168的较适宜用量分别为0.1份和0.15份。Effects of different light stabilizer and the combination of antioxidants and light stabilizers together on the photooxidative aging resistance of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) are investigated. The results show that the improvement of UV326 on photooxidative aging resistance of HDPE is superior to that of UV531, and the combination of ultraviolet absorbers (UV326) and hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS-770) can better improve the photooxidative aging resistance of HDPE. In the presence of light stabilizer, the photooxidative aging resistance of HDPE has been improved evidently with the addition of antioxidant, especially for compound use of antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168, and the good photooxidative aging resistance of HDPE occurs when the amount of antioxidant 1010 and 168 is 0. lphr and 0.15phr, respectively.
