摘　　要：目的:建立柴黄升板颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定RP-HPLC方法。方法:Shimadzu VP-ODS-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.05%磷酸二氢钾溶液(35:65)为流动相,流速0.8ml·min^(-1),检测波长230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.48～2.89μg(r=0.999 0)内具有良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.6%(n=6)。结论:方法简单,准确、可靠,可以作为该制剂质量控制。Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for determineation of paeoniflorin in chaihuang shengban granules. Method： The ShimadzuVP-ODS-C18column（250mm x 4.6mm,5μm） was used, the mobile phase was methanol- 0.05% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（35：65 ）, the flow rate was 0.8 ml· min^-1 the detection wavelength was 230rim. Result： The standard curves was linear in the ranges of 0.48 - 2. 89μg for paeoniflorin（ r = 0.999 0）. the average recovery was 99.6%, with RSD 0.6% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable, it can be used for control the quality of the preparation.
