摘  要:目的:建立排石康颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(11:89),流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸在2.44~39.00μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.94%,RSD=1.90%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于排石康颗粒剂中绿原酸的质量控制。Objective: To establish the method for determination of ehlorogenic acid in Paishikang granules. Method: Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm) was used , the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0.4% phosphoric acid(11:89), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, and the detection wavelength was at 327nm. Result: Chlorogenic acid had good linearities within the range of 2.44 -39.00μg·ml^-1( r = 0.999 8 ), the average recoveries was 98.94%, RSD = 1.90% (n = 6 ). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It is much suitable for determination of ehlorogenic aeid in Paishikang granules.
