摘  要:抑制齿槽转矩一直是永磁电机的重点和难点。文章综述了削弱永磁无刷直流电动机齿槽转矩的主要方法,包括改变磁极参数、电枢结构、电枢槽数和极数的合理组合等3大类和极弧系数选择等11种具体措施。Inhibition on the cogging torque permanent magnet motor has been the focus and the difficulties for a long time. In this paper, the main methods to weaken permanent magnet brushless DC motor cogging torque, including 3 major categories: change of magnetic parameters, change of armature structure and reasonable combinations of slot number against pole number in the armature, as well as 11 kinds of selection of special measures on coefficient of pole arc were described.
