摘 要:以单片机为核心的桥式可逆斩波电路实现直-直电压的斩波控制,有利于提高变换器的功率密度和功率效率。文章给出其工作模态和工作原理,讨论了三种PWM调制策略,并指出单极性调制策略可降低开关损耗。斩波开关元件采用电力电子器件IGBT。系统具有控制灵活、外围器件少、结构简单、精度高、可靠性高等特点,通过仿真得到了验证。Realization the dc-dc voltage chopper control by means of the brigelike reversible chopper based upon the single chip microprocessor as the key, was helpful to increase the power density and efficiency. The working model and principle were put forward, three kinds of PWM modulation strategies were discussed and singlepole modulation strategy bringing up with the benefit to reduce the switch loss was advised as well in the paper. The power electronics IGBT was used as the chopper switching elements with the advantages of flexible control, less parts of the outside circuit, simple construction, high accuracy and remarkable reliability. The simulation result proved all these.
